This Privacy Policy describes how PHOENIX SKKY LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Speed Math mobile game ("the App").
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect personal data from you through the App. Speed Math does not require account creation, login, email address, or phone number.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
To provide gameplay features, the App stores limited game data locally on your device using on-device storage (SharedPreferences):
- Best scores per mode/difficulty option.
- Recent game history entries (score, date, and win/loss status).
This local data is used only to display your own progress and records in the App.
3. Data Sharing and Network Use
Speed Math is designed to run offline and does not send your gameplay data to our servers.
The release version does not request sensitive device permissions (such as contacts, camera, microphone, or location). Development builds may include internet access required by Flutter tooling during debugging only.
4. Third-Party Components
The App uses common Flutter packages for local storage and audio playback. We do not use in-app advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs in Speed Math.
If you download the App from an app store, the store operator (for example, Google Play or Apple App Store) may process data under its own privacy terms.
5. Children's Privacy
Speed Math is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Any update will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
